1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account at 33mw, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

If you provide incorrect or false information, 33mw reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account. If your account details change, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your account details is prohibited. You must notify 33mw immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds at 33mw are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200. All deposit transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After the withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit into the account.

33mw will only send funds to the designated account held in the name of the person under whom the 33mw account is registered. Transfers to third-party accounts will not be made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, wagering = ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person, household, or device.
• If evidence of any misuse or manipulation of bonuses is found, 33mw reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Program

33mw offers three VIP tiers for regular players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33mw platform:

• Attempting to influence the outcome of any game through software or technology used in a fraudulent manner.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other users.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.

For any of the above violations, 33mw reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary, without prior warning.
